The Math Testing and Placement office ensures students are placed into their appropriate math course.

Qualify for your math class

Many UCSD majors have math requirements: either the Math 10A/B/C or Math 20A/B/C series of classes. Before enrolling in these classes, students must meet certain prerequisites.

Next Math Placement Exam

Schedule through Online ProctorU ($20.00)

During the week of August 27 – September 3, MPE results for tests taken on ProctorU will be processed and loaded into the WebReg system by noon each day (for the results of the previous day).  After September 3, results for tests taken will be processed every Monday and Thursday (for the previous days Mon-Wed and Thurs-Sun).
