You must take the MPE**
See your AB subscore for credit and courses you may enroll in

* You may take the MPE for a comparison to the expected math background of students entering beginning calculus at UCSD.
**  You must take the MPE at the next convenient date before the quarter starts and add the proper class according to your placement result.

It is your responsibility to carefully check your AP score when you receive it in July. As soon as the Office of Admissions receives your AP score, they will post it in ISIS (the Student Information System). The WebReg enrollment system then verifies the course prerequisite has been satisfied for your math course and will allow you to enroll or waitlist that course. If you have not met the course prerequisite, then you will not be allowed to enroll that course. Therefore, it is imperative that you have all AP and IB scores sent to the UCSD Office of Admissions as early as possible.
